These terms govern use of spirithalloweenus.shop, including browsing, accounts, and orders for Halloween costumes, animatronics, décor, accessories, and collectibles. Placing an order means you accept the terms on this page. They are written for this shop and are not taken from another retailer's legal page.

The catalog shows public product names, images, prices, and attributes gathered for this storefront. Titles are cleaned of trademark marks. Descriptions are rewritten from facts such as size, material, and what the listing includes. They are shopping notes, not licensed scripts from a film or game. Licensed character names that appear in a product title describe the costume being sold. They do not transfer any media rights to the buyer.

Prices are in United States dollars. A sale price is the amount charged when it is lower than the regular price shown. Stock status is set so items in the catalog can be purchased. If an item cannot be fulfilled after payment, the shop refunds that line and keeps the rest of the order moving. We do not invent SKUs. The SKU on the product page is the identifier imported with the listing.

Checkout collects the shipping name, address, email, and phone needed to send the box. Payment is processed by the gateway enabled on the site. Cash on delivery is not offered. You are responsible for entering a deliverable address. A large animatronic that cannot fit through a door is still your order if the listing dimensions were on the page.

Orders of twenty dollars or more receive free shipping. Orders under twenty dollars are charged ten dollars to ship. That rule is set in WooCommerce and is repeated in the header, cart, checkout, and this page. Tax is calculated by WooCommerce when a rate exists for the destination. If no tax rate is configured, none is added.

You may cancel an unpaid cart at any time. After payment, cancellation depends on whether the box has been packed. Write to spirithalloween@gmail.com with the order number. If the box has not left, we cancel and refund. If it has left, use the return path on the Returns page.

Accounts store the email and shipping details you save. You must keep the password to yourself. The shop may close an account that is used to scrape the catalog or to place abusive orders. Closing an account does not cancel a paid order already in packing.

Product colors and sizes come from the listing. Dye lots on orange fabrics and printed masks can vary. Measure before you buy a costume. The size chart on a product, when present, is the guide. We do not promise a runway fit.

The site may be down for catalog updates. We are not liable for a party date that arrives while the site is being updated. Limit any claim to the amount paid for the unfulfilled item. We are not liable for haunted house ticket refunds, missed parades, or photos that did not turn out.

Links to social networks are provided so you can follow seasonal posts. Those networks are separate. User comments, if enabled, must stay on the product. Do not post other people's addresses.

If a product is seasonal, it may leave the catalog after Halloween. After it leaves, the URL may show a related item or a 404 page. That is expected for a seasonal shop.

By using the site you agree you are old enough to enter a contract for the order you place. Parents buy kids costumes. Pets costumes are for animals whose owners accept that a dog may not enjoy a pumpkin hood.
