Spirit Halloween US collects only the information needed to run an online shop for costumes, animatronics, décor, and seasonal goods. This notice explains how that information is used on spirithalloweenus.shop. It is written for shoppers placing orders, creating accounts, or joining the newsletter. It is not a copy of any other retailer's privacy statement.

When you browse, the site stores a session so the cart can remember costumes and props you add. If you create an account, we keep the email, a hashed password, and the shipping and billing names you type at checkout. Orders store the items purchased, the amount paid, the shipping method that applied, and the address used to deliver the box. Newsletter signups store only the email you submit on the homepage or footer form. Customer service emails to spirithalloween@gmail.com keep the thread long enough to finish the request.

Payment details are handled by the payment processor connected to WooCommerce. Card numbers are not stored in the shop database. We do not sell lists of shoppers, and we do not rent emails to unrelated marketers. We do not build advertising profiles from Halloween costume tastes for third-party resale. If a carrier needs a phone number to leave a large animatronic, that number is used for delivery and then kept with the order record.

Cookies on this site are used for the cart, login, and basic traffic counts. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser. The shop still needs a session cookie to add an item to the cart. Search queries typed in the header are used to show results and are not sold. Product reviews, if you leave them, appear with the name you choose and can be removed if you write to the shop.

We keep order records for accounting and for returns. Account passwords are stored as hashes. Staff who pack boxes can see the shipping name and address. They cannot see your payment card. Hosting and backups sit on the same store server used for the public site. Access is limited to people who maintain the catalog and fulfill orders.

If you want the account closed, say so in the same message and include an order number if you have one. Closing an account does not erase invoices the shop must keep for tax records. Those invoices stay in the books for the period the law requires.

Children should not place orders. Costumes for kids are sold to adults who measure and choose the size. If we learn an account belongs to a child, we close it and delete the login. Do not send photos of minors to customer service.

Links in product descriptions and the footer may point to social profiles. Those sites have their own rules. This shop is not responsible for how those networks store data after you leave spirithalloweenus.shop.

Shipping addresses are used to calculate the cart total. Orders of twenty dollars or more ship free. Orders under twenty dollars have a ten dollar shipping charge. That rule is a store policy, not a data sale. Address fields exist so the carrier can find the porch.

If a package is lost, we use the address and email already on the order to open a claim. We do not ask for extra identity documents beyond what checkout already collected unless the carrier requires a signature confirmation for a replacement. Replacement shipments use the same privacy handling as the original box.

The shop does not use hidden pixels from unrelated advertisers on product pages. Product images load from this site. If a future tool is added for fraud checks, it will only confirm that a card and address look consistent. It will not be used to score Halloween taste.

You can shop as a guest. Guest checkout still creates an order record with the email you type so the receipt and tracking can be sent. Guest orders are not turned into marketing accounts unless you also join the newsletter.
