How does shipping work
Orders of twenty dollars or more ship free. Orders under twenty dollars have a ten dollar shipping charge. The same rule is set in WooCommerce and shown in the cart.

How do I track an order
Use the Track Your Order page with the order number and billing email, or sign in to My Account. Tracking is emailed when the carrier scans the box.

What is the return window
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Makeup, opened fog fluid, and used wigs are not eligible.

Do you offer cash on delivery
No. Payment is collected at checkout through the enabled gateways.

How should I choose a costume size
Read the size notes on the product page and measure before you add to cart. If a size attribute is listed, use that letter or number.

Yes. Product lists show two items per row on small screens. The menu is a drawer. Search, account, and cart stay in the header.
